ML (Machine Learning) Developer

We are looking for an ML (Machine Learning) Developer who can design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, deep understanding of ML algorithms, and experience working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data for training and evaluation.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
• Deploy ML models into production using APIs or cloud services.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed.
• Conduct research on new ML techniques and stay updated with industry trends.
• Document code, workflows, and model architectures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning model development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data handling tools such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model deployment.
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
